Mary, I found one Osborne in book 2 of Grimes co cemetery books. Rachel Osborne (no marker) at Erwin Cemetery Some of the names around her were Fuqua, Mobley, Black, Mosley, Pearson, Hughes & Lands. I didn't find a Alice Granger Osborne. Hope this helps. Ruth Bowen
