No, according to the Austin Colony Pioneers book Mrs. Sarah Wingfield married a James M. Stephens; and in another book on Washington Co., TX marriages she married James M. Stevens on Nov. 18, 1837. Then in 1842, she married a Lorenzo Sterling. Sarah's maiden name was Sarah Jane Wingfield and her children lived with Caleb Wallace in Grimes County, TX until Caleb died in 1844. Caleb Wallace was married to two of Sarah's daughters; first to Elizabeth, and after her death he married Elvira Wingfield. Thanks for checking the Grimes Co. cemetery books.
