Sharron, I didn't find a Sarah Stephens or Sarah Sterling in any of the 4 vols of Grimes co Cemetery books but I did find something rather interesting. Sterling born Throup co,Ga 22 Feb 1826 - Died at his home in Planterville 23 Apr 1871 - ( on same stone) Eliz Sterling Born Butts co, Ga 7 Aug 1832 - Died at her home in Planterville on 14 Sept 1871 ( Could Sarah have been a nickname? The ladies of that time used to use nicknames such as Polly stood for Mary & Hannah for several other names or maybe her name was Sarah Elizabeth.) I hope this helps you. Ruth Bowen
