It will affect much of Grimes County. The Texas Department of Transportation is asking for public comments until Aug. 29, 2005. While it immediately affects Texas residents, this brand new "concept" in transportation could soon be threatening your neighborhood soon. The nation's eyes are watching what happens to this project. This land will be taken by eminent domain. One segment of this road has already by given in contract to a company from Spain.
