On the inside cover is written that it was owned by J.M. Bookman. It was later purchased by J. Goble from Jesse Bookman who had it after J.M. was killed at the second battle of Bull Run..If you are a decendant of theirs & would like to acquire the 150 year old book contact me. Greg
