Well, hello everyone! I just re logged in and discovered all of my new messages. I wasn't getting anything and I thought there was nobody down there in Grimes county! My fault, I guess. Anyway, it's good to join up and hear from all of you. Carolyn, I'm sorry to hear about your accident. I got into my 1st one in January and I was lucky. The vehicle was totaled, but I was wearing my seat belt and the injuries were minor (no pun intended, lol!). With all of the pain I had at the time, I didn't think it was "minor" at all. But I'm recovering nicely. You will too. You mentioned the short-term memory loss, your cousin Alfred has permanent short-term memory loss now. I won't go into all of the details, but he's made a lot of progress over the past 3 years. Our daughter exclaimed "My DADDY"S BACK!" one day and I knew he was going to be okay. I was involved in a car accident and have not done any researching for the last six months. I did get with two different groups that had family reunions; one in walker co. and the other in grimes county (same Minors) but different family. Lucious Minor (from VA), his wife Darthula Garrett (from Mississippi) and their children: Bettie Minor Harrison, Russell Minor, Mary Minor and Nellie Minor Johnson.
