Re, the MONTGOMERY family, I'm trying to find info on a Charles MONTGOMERY who along with wife, Willy, took in Louisa Jane & Edward, the 2 children of Allen E. FOLLEY, after their parents died. A H MONTGOMERY was convicted & sentenced to 3 years in prison but the conviction was reversed. Tex Gen Grimes Co reports a Joe A HALL buried in Section 2, Row 3 of Bedias Methodist Cemetery. Is this the same person? I would interested in any other newspaper articles about the incident; family history, date of birth, election dates, precinct number, etc. Any assistance would be appreciated.
