My father was Sheriff in 1915 when my oldest brother was born in the jail, where the family resided. Have a picture of him when he was sheriff and also one when he was a City Marshall, but cannot find out where he was City Marshall. If you would like for me to give you the information on my father and/or could lead me in a direction to maybe how to find out about where he was marshall. I am 74 years old, would like to know something on my father. He was born in 1876 in Rusk Co., I cannot verify this as they say there are no records to search.
