HOLLOWAY. Is J. T. the John T. Holloway who moved to Upshur County and is he James P. Holloway's brother? John T. Holloway (1820-1877) was a minister of the Christian Church and is said to have moved to the Pritchett area of Upshur County from Rusk County around 1865. James P. Holloway was also a minister of the Christian Church and the first pastor of the First Christian Church in Longview. He is buried at Peatown Cemetery. I have his birth and death dates as 1818-1884 and his father as David Holloway. Does anyone have the month and day of his birth and death? John T. Holloway married Mary A. REID. James P.
