There could be a possible connection. I believe her to be the daughter of Salaman Rowe (as listed on the 1860 Census, Upshur Co., Tx). Unable to locate this family on the 1870 census. Children are listed as follows: Julia 24, John 14, Amelia 13, Martha 11, Ann 7, Matilda 5, Julia 3, Jane 1. Salaman (Soloman) is listed as 40. I am wondering if Julia-24 is wife (2nd) or daughter since there is another Julia-3 listed.
