I can find her with mother and father, also my great grandparents list above them in th 1930 census ia West Monroe, Ouachita,La Appx year of birth W.R Kennedy is 1909. I was told he was born in Longview. Appx death 1771. I have Ruth Mae McClain Kennedys death cert.She was born in Warren, Bradley,Ar. 11-5-1910,death 9-11-1967.Dont know how to get birth cert on W.R. Kennedy if I do not have any info...do tou have suggestions?? Thank you so much for your help!!!!
