I think most of us have been to the Grayson County site and it does a couple of good links, but I do wish it would be updated [most of it has not changed since 1998, maybe early 1999]. I look at other county sites abounding with information and vibrant and wish I that Grayson County site would come alive. I really don't want to start a flame war, but I feel very frustrated by the site. Two of the links are to non-existant pages and have been for a long time. Another is to a URL that cannot be located by netscape [www.chrysalis.org] and yet another may be to a server that is often down [the Texas pensions]. Archived Queries Jan - June 1998 are coming soon! I hope you are not holding your breath as that sign has been up at least a year. Yes, the person maintaining the site is a volunteer and probably busy [aren't we all?] but taking on a county site really means some commitment to checking it out links and some responsibility for refreshing it at least every six months.
