I am looking for my Grandfather's Parents and information regarding this family. Good or bad. My father died when I was seven so I have not many to ask. I have a few cousins I know of in Texas but they do not have answers to my questions either, it seems. Who are LEE GRANT JARRATT's parents. I believe that he was a farmer. He married Martha Jane Carter who went by Janie. Lee died when my father was young and left Janie with several children to raise alone. The only girl was Minnie and I believe she married a Hughes. They lived around Whitesboro. My mother says that Dad told her they were Southern Baptist. My father went with the CCC to Wyoming in the 30s where he met my mother. I have found information about Janie's family, the Carters, and Graves, Neighbors and so on. But nothing beyond my grandfather and not much about him...
