I have been trying for a very long time to find where my great grandparents died and are buried, to no avail. Ed Danley and his wife Annabelle "Annie" Wells Danley are both dead by 1911. It has always been said by family members that they died in Dennison or Sherman, TX. Have been unable to find death or burial records for either of them. Minor children went to OK. to live with relatives. I believe he died and then a year later she died. Ed was possibly Leonard Ed, but not sure, born 12 Feb. 1856 (not proven). He was a blacksmith & a gambler. Annie was born sometime between 1875 & 1880. Children are: Eugene Leonard b. 6 Nov. 1893 Bedford-Tarrant Co.-TX. Charles Clayton b. 25 May 1897 Mae Lucille b. 9 Oct. 1899 Myrtle b. 2 Dec. 1900 Rockwall-Rockwall Co.-TX. Ira B. b. 16 Sept. 1905 Rowlett-Dallas Co.-TX. I have been looking for Ed & Annie in all the counties & those surrounding that the children were born in. Also, all the areas known in OK. where relatives were. Have been able to find all the brothers & sisters of Annie & what happened to them, but not her. Have been unable to find any information beyond what I wrote here on Ed. Am beginning to believe that these two are the skeletons in the family closet, as nobody knows ANYTHING about them! Would appreciate ANY information on these two. Thank You, Sandi Williams
