I sent this earlier, but apparently it didn't go through, so here it is again: Looking for any information on James Davis BREWER and Nancy Belle HARRIS. Family legend reports James Davis BREWER came to TX after a fighting a duel in GA where he was born. Also indicates he was several years older than his wife, Nancy Belle HARRIS who was born in TX, 23 July, 1876. First documented to be living in Whitesboro, Grayson County when their first son was born in 1895. After James died about 1898, Nancy married Robert MOORE and lived in Fannin County for several years. We have some information about more recent years in OK, but nothing documented back beyond 1895 except Nancy Belle's date of birth. Any information is appreciated. Fred
