    1. [GRAYSON] GRAYSON ROLL CALL - MOYER
    2. Bill Strahle
    3. Looking for remnants of the family of Alexander MOYER who was born in Indiana. He is found in 1880 census in Sherman as a grocer. He died in 1884 and is buried in West Hill Cemetery. Children are: George MOYER, last seen in 1880 in Grayson, age 19 in household of his father. William MOYER, last seen in 1870 in Edgar Co., IL, age 12. I have found no cemetery record for him in Edgar Co, although his mother's tombstone is there. John MOYER, last seen in 1880 in Grayson, age 9, in household of his father. Father would have died when he was about 13. Most is known of the other son, Isaac MOYER. He married Martha COTHREN in 1885 and I know of 3 children. Isaac and Martha are last seen in the 1920 census, he is age 59 and a railroad fireman. Oldest known son is Leroy (or Lee Roy) MOYER, found last in 1920, age 29, in household of his father, also a railroad fireman. Daughter, Myrtle MOYER, found last in 1920, age 26, in household of father along with her husband, Ed VANHOUSON (sp?). Ed was a plumber for the railroad. Verna M MOYER, found last in 1920, age 24, in household of her father. She was a clerk for the railroad. Have not found this family in TX in 1900, but have very little access to TX Census records for that year. Have had no luck in searching the 1930 census either. Any information on these people would be greatly appreciated Bill Strahle
