    3. Hello everyone. I am new to the list and really appreciated the warm welcome I received by the listowners. Thank You. I am looking for information on my gggrandmother, Jemima ZUMWALT. She moved to TX. & stayed with several of her daughters after her husband Henry died about 1850. Apparently, in 1870 she was living in Grayson Co., TX. with her daughter Huldah & her husband Bradford NORRIS. A cousin has said she found them in the 1870 Census in Grayson, have been unable to get this census to verify this. We have been unable to find where Jemima died and is buried. The cousin mentioned above, this week got information saying there was an Emma Zumwald buried in the Offutt Cemetery next to a Bradford Norris. The birth date of 17 Mar 1804 fits our Jemima & I guess Emma could be short for Jemima. It would not be the first time that Zumwalt was spelled Zumwald either. The death date for Emma was 22 July 1877. I would like to get verification of her death & burial to see if this is in fact my grandmother. Were there any funeral or cemetery records in 1877 that could be obtained in Grayson Co.? There was no mention made of Huldah Norris being buried in the same cemetery. Would also like to obtain the names of any children Huldah & Bradford Norris may have had. Any suggestions or information that anyone could give me would be very much appreciated. Thank You, Sandi Williams Madera, CA.
