I'm looking for info on Joshua and Desdemona HARALSON of Collinsville area. I find no record of them being buried in Collinsville cemetery, where much of their family is. I also wrote the city cemetery for a records check. I have also looked through all the transcribed Grayson Co cemeteries I can find on the Internet. They were on the 1880 census. Are there additional old cemeteries in that area which are not yet transcribed? Could they have been buried on their farm property? If so, could the graves have been subsequently removed, destroyed, etc.? Could their graves been marked with wooden markers, which have long since deteriorated? I would appreciate any suggestions of where else I might look for info on these two ancestors. I presume any county death records were destroyed in the 1930 courthouse fire. R Ellis Austin, TX
