    3. The book is SCATTERLINGS: Blair, Williams, and Turners to Texas - 1858-1873 by Julian F. "Rusty" Williams and it was printed 1999, 2000. If you are intersted you can probably contact Rusty thru the Blair group on Rootsweb. I don't have his e-mail addy on this computer.
