Hi All, I'm trying to prove, or disprove, some family traditions in my Reed and Bullard and Patton families about attending school with Gene Autry (the Singing Cowboy). I understand that Gene Autry was born at Tioga, in Grayson County, in September of 1907. I also understand that his family moved to Ravia, Oklahoma, when Gene Autry was 15. Does anyone on the list know anything about whether Gene Autry's family continued to lived in the Tioga area from his birth in 1907 until the family moved to Ravia around 1922, or whether the family left Tioga and Grayson County some years before their move to Ravia, Oklahoma?
