I ran across a WEIR PLOW COMPANY ANNUAL CATALOGUE 1882 "sold by MOFFITT, Pilot Point, TX that my grandmother had. Pilot Point is where my Kropp and Jeters are from about 1870 to 1890.  The Kropps then moved to Floyd County, TX. Inside that catalogue was a hand written note that said: Peter MC KINNEY of Whitwright (?) Grayson County is agent for 300 of Phillip Straub  survey  300 acres sold to R. M. Hall and son for 1879.  (signed) A.R. Andrews The catalogue is very interesting.. about the size of a pocket checkbook, but has pictures of cultivators, sulkies, plows and wheels, including a 1882 calendar Is anyone researching any of these families?  and I wonder how they are connected to the KROPPs..
