We are searching for a connection to my g-grandmother's family. Family story is that she was an orphan born 17 October 1883 in Graham, TX named Amie Annabelle Ricks; married 1903 in Grayson County Tx to Joshua Mitchell Gant. The family does not know her parents names and this a real brick wall. We would be grateful for any clues. Roy Gant in TX

Hi list, I forgot to mentioned my step dad's line I am researching: DUNN , BARKER, JONES, RAMSEY,WHITEHURST,RICKS. Thank you! Vicki
From the 1840's to the 1860's, my different related families came to Grayson County, basically in the Ambrose, Bells & Cherry Mounds area. There are about 75 people buried at the Cherry Mounds Cemetery that are of direct, or indirect blood to me. So if you have any connection with the older graves there please contact me. Also if anyone knows where the "2 Goff graves" located at "Bells" per the The Millennium Committee in the Cemeteries of Grayson County Project, dated July 19, 1999, are located, or anyone that may have been connected to this project, I would like to know where this info originated. Around the turn of the century, some of the different families moved on to Woodville, Marshall County Oklahoma. James Goff goffer@chouteautel.com
