Researching these Grayson County surnames

One more thing, The Blair had a farm.ranch right on the border line of Fannin Co. And Grayson Co. The cemetery that most of them are buried in is there. I have tried to find it, but I think it is buried under a water tower or crumbled and in ruins. Ms. Hawkins located the vicinity, but not the cemetery. I have some where in my papers a outline of the graves sights So I think it is there, but just not properly taken care of and is just to hard to find. Where do you live..... anywhere near there? Most of my family was in Gordanville and Cherry Mound and I have been to both towns and cemeteries. Cherry Mound is full of Williams and Gordanville is my Gibson families, and Breeding. My Popham Grandfather is suppose to be buried in the Blair Cem that is some where (can't remember with out some research) bvetween Bells, Savoy and Culpeper. As I read this TXGRAYSO site and have sent her things as would come up ca the Blairs, she once said that she had info on the line....and had worked with others. So she might be the one to help you. Leroy, I had a Benjamin Jackson who md in 1854 in Collin Co, Tx to Juliet Baker. Their daughter Elizabeth md a Flowers. They lived back and forth in Grayson and Collin Counties. He had brother Calvin born ca 1836 and died 7th June 1862. The above is not my direct line, but a distant cousin. I have been trying to find descendants of this following family. He was son of Woodson Jackson and wife Mary Tanner. This family lived in Tenn, Ky and migrated to Morgan Co, Mo in 1836. After the 1850 census they moved to Grayson County. Their sister Mary Elizabeth md Rev. Thomas Benton McComb and lived in Van Alstyne. The family was Baptist. Woodson was a overseer for Andrew Jackson in Davidson County, Tenn. In Ky they lived in Logan Co, Ky. My aunt who lived in Wilbarger Co, Tx md Jack Flowers. Wish we could have connected. Searching for ANDREWS, BOYD, and EUSTACE in Grayson County 1875 - present The William H. BOYD family arrived in Grayson Co. in 1875 and camped close by the Edwin Jones & Burnetta (FOWLER) ANDREWS property. The Andrews boys came out to see if they could be of any assistance, and two of them -- Eugene Rollin ANDREWS and Samuel Varney ANDREWS -- married BOYD sisters, Mary Jane/Jennie and Caroline Edna, respectively. Eugene died in 1931 and is buried in West Hill Cemetery in Sherman, while his wife Mary Jane died in 1936 and is buried in Cedarlawn Memorial Park in Sherman. Sam and Carrie Edna moved on some time later, although at least two of their children Williaim Robert ANDREWS, and James Ray ANDREWS, were born in Sherman, and one, Edna Earle, died in Sherman at the age of 19. William BOYD's father-in-law, John EUSTACE, Jr., lived with his son-in-law and daughter Isabelle Frances (EUSTACE) BOYD for some time in Grayson Co. Thoburn's _ A Standard History of Oklahoma, Vol. IV,_ p. 1678, states about: John Eustace, Jr.: "When he retired he went to Van Alstyne, Texas, where he made his home with his daughter and son-in-law until his death in 1878, at the age of eighty-two years." If any of these names occur in the 1910 Grayson County Plat Book, I would appreciate so much knowing about it. We know that there are living descendants of this Andrews family still in Sherman, and it would be a wonderful way to start the New Year if we could get in touch with these distant cousins of my husband's. He is descended from the younger brother of the Andrews girls, James Ashby Boyd. We would be happy to exchange any of the information that we have with anyone who can supply additional data.
