    1. [GRAYSON] cemetery archives
    2. Susan Hawkins
    3. You can send the corrections and what ever else and I can add an addendum to the files, that is why you see the 'addition' on the archives list next to some cemeteries. If anyone is sure someone is in a cemetery I can make an addition so it will show up. I CAN add them to list that I have made. But Mike Cross's are his copyrighted work so I cannot change his just add an additional file next to it. The names will be caught in the archives search engine though. While I am on the subject, On the Fannin Pages if you have anyone buried in that county I have two sets of records. The archives ( which gets updated last) and the onsite cemetery lists at: http://www.rootsweb.com/~txfannin/cemeteries.html The archives I update every two months etc. The cemetery lists are worked on as often as I can and will get reindexed within an hour of upload on the site search engine. I had to make two lists so I could make 'links' directly to the peoples names to add photos, biographicals , obits etc. which I am in the process of doing a few each day. People have been sending material so it is growing a little each day. It makes it nicer. I wish the same could be done in the archives but it only accepts plain text, with no links etc. I recently adopted the archives for Grayson and am updating some right now. Send me plain text files to upload or plain text email with a name or whatever to add to the lists. Other types of data are stored including obits, and biographicals though still only in text. Happy hunting. Susan in Texas , Fannin County CC bbatey wrote: > I did not find your Woodruff. I have a grandmother buried there but she > does not have a marker. 1. [GRAYSON] Morris / Stanley Marriage??
    2. Cheryl Morris
    3. I am now quite befuddled as I think I have found a second marriage for my husband's grandmother. Josephine Burgess Morris was widowed about 1891 -- probably in Grayson County but IT is also possible. Then today, scouring the Marriage records I found a marriage for John Stanley and Mrs. Josephine Morris on 22 December 1894. The ceremony was performed by C. J. McKinney, Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 4. Since she was enumerated as a widow in 1900, I had not thought of the possibility of another marriage especially as NONE had even been hinted at by the family. However, in 1900 she did live in Justice Precinct 4, so I do think this might be a second marriage. Is anyone working on a Stanley family in Grayson during the 1890's? Cheryl

    2. Gail Jones
    3. Hi, I'm new to this list and was wondering if anyone in the area of Sherman, Tx. would be able to do a look-up for me in the death records or obituaries. It would be for a Laura Ann (Fite) Smalley and probably somewhere between the years of 1880 and 1883. Sorry I'm not able to be more specific. We've been attempting to track this down for a long time - location as well as date...... Any help will be greatly appreciated.
