Mary Ann and Jonathan are not buried in Fairview Cemetery in Pampa. The database on deaths at the clerk's office does not list them at all; however, I know that this database is very incomplete, and I did not have time to look through the death index books. I did glance through the probate indexes, and did not find the Hardins; however, if they had little property, their heirs would not have probated their estates. I did find a little information on one of the children, Mack Elroy. He married Olgie Ethel Watson 8 September 1964. He died 13 August 1980. I have his obit. It mentions that he came to Lefors (with his parents?) in 1929, and to Pampa in 1956. Maybe this means that his parents did live in and are buried in Lefors. If so, I am not sure how to find out. The last time I called someone in the offices of the city giovernment in Lefors, my memory is that they said they had no records of people buried in the Lefors Cemetery. I will look further.
