These are brief--they have the record of the issuance of the marriage license, followed by the record of when and by whom the marriage was solemnized. The marriage license portion of the record in these books does not have anything but the name of the bride and groom and the date the license was issued and by whom. No age of the bride, no names of parents of the bride, or anything else that you might want. I do not know whether the clerk's office would send you a copy of this brief record of the marriage only, or whether in a separate place they have copies of the marriage license itself and would send that. I also do not know whether that marriage license would have any more detailed information about the bride and groom. I suppose it is worth a try, however.
