Jesse Almer (or Olmer) Phillips had three sons, Jesse Elmer Phillips, T.F. Phillips and Wesley Arvel Phillips. I am trying to find information on Jesse Almer Phillips's father. From what I understand, his name was also T.F. Phillips and owned a general store outside of McLean.
