Hello, It's the first of the month, and time for another modified ROLL CALL...The topic for March is "Recent Research Efforts", so please apply the 'Who-What-When-Where' guidelines, and tell us something about your current interests. Be sure to put your own words in the subject line instead of just 'roll call'. There is a new service at RootsWeb called 'Password Central' that I think you'll find interesting. You can now go to one place and request the names of all the RootsWeb lists you belong to, and in which mode you're subscribed, give you your passwords and account names, and the names of any lists you admin. They will be e-mailed to you in a few minutes, and only you can receive them. You can print out the results to save, but you may also go back any time to recheck your information. Here's Password Central: http://passwordcentral.rootsweb.com I'm also including, below, a notice regarding Rootsweb's excellent 'Guide to Tracing Family Trees', a set of 26 interactive topics that will be interesting and informative to beginners as well as those who have been at this awhile....8-) Thanks, LaRae listmgr. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ GUIDE TO TRACING FAMILY TREES Index To The Interactive Lessons http://www.rootsweb.com/~rwguide/ Lesson 1 Where to begin?
