Father Waymon Eddie Bond. Mother: Loyce Ann Jacobs. That the index entry was found indicates, maybe, that he was not adopted. Back then, when adoption occured, the original birth certificate was deleted by the court, and a new one issued with the adoptive parents' names. Then, the index entry was blackened out. Or so I have heard, anyway.
