    3. Regarding learning to code pages, there is an online training site (lvsonline) that does an excellent job. The courses are six weeks long, a lesson has some material to read, examples to follow, and an assignment to do and post online. One lesson a week. The last time I took one of the courses it was $25, you don't need to buy a book.
