    3. We have over 23,400 obits posted on the Navarro County site, most just the text but I do add images for some. In the obit, I will link to the cemetery, and from their entry in the cemetery list back to the obit. I link to the veterans lists and High Schools lists also if applicable. With that many, I have several hundred pages worth of obits, each with a few dozen obits per page. I do the obituary list pretty much the same way. It's a little more work to add those links, but makes it easy to bounce around the site and connect different pieces of information together. www.NavarroCountyHistory.com On my Carrollton-Farmers Branch TX Town Site (Dallas County) I do a separate page per obit and include all info for that person (high school photo, tomb stone, obit text and scan) on that one page, but it is a much smaller site than Navarro County. I wouldn't attempt that at the county level unless you are only posting selected obits. www.CFBhistory.com Lots of ways to do it but just a couple more examples to help you figure out what is best for your county. Then at the grave listing on a cemetery page you just need a link to where it's stored. Are you going to allow users to download the obits? If not, they can still do a screen capture for the image or Ctrl-C for plain text copy. Gale Gorman (Robertson Co.) I have collected many obits, some are typed in Microsoft word and some are scanned original or clipped from newspapers. I use FrontPage and still use the Rootsweb server. I want to know if I need to create a page for each obit or if there is a way to link to an individual obit in other ways. Any ideas appreciated would like the easiest, fastest way to get them online since there are so many of them. I have considered linking to the person's name in the cemetery listing and/or creating a separate tab for obits. I don't know code but am willing to learn simple methods.
