These people are all over the United States and having something that would help many people, especially in these times. In most ads you will be able to see the asking price today of the cemetery for the lots and the price the owner is willing to sell their property for. In many of these you can save thousands of dollars by taking advantage of the offerings. Many of these people have moved/relocated and need to sell their property. Some have inherited family property that they are not going to use because they live elsewhere or any other reason you might imagine and want to offer a savings for others. However, the savings are great for those that need this help or are interested in purchasing their family lots. The cemetery does not offer any help purchasing their lots other than financing. If you check, you will see that the lots, especially in the larger or more popular cemeteries' price will increase about $100 per year. This expense, when a funeral is very expensive without adding in the lots to be purchased at the same time, can be devastating to families without life insurance to help with the costs. I just thought you'd want to know that is out there to help others and to share. It's not advertised anywhere that I've seen and it needs to be.
