I am trying to set up a email program on my computer.... Win 7pro. There is not a default program on it and I was thinking about downloading the Thunderbird program from Mozilla. Anyone had any experience with this program? Any better suggestions? Billie
Billie, I'm using Windows Live Mail on Windows 7 Professional and I am very happy with it. I have no experience with Thunderbird. I love Thunderbird and have been using it for quite a few years. Personally, I don't think you could go wrong with using it. Have used Thunderbird for the last 6 years and had no problems with it. It is easy to set up whether you want to do it manually or automatically. We have Thunderbird on the laptop and it's pretty much just like Outlook Express and we've had no problems with it.
