We want to thank everyone for all the info on FTM. We have the 2006 version and didn't realize there was an update available. We just updated our pc (which operates on Windows XP) with no problems. But we are having trouble installing version 16 on our laptop that runs Vista. At some point in installation the message "network error" appears before we can finish installation. Any suggestions?
