The article was submitted by Harold Gold Davis of Wilmington, NC. It gives a website http://www.jpac.pacom.mil/. I talked to Mr. Davis at least once and I believe our editor at the time talked to him several times getting the article ready to print. If this is the same man, I found him creditable in trying to reunite remains with the rightful family.
