Wanda, Don't give them up. Do what I did. Go to "Privacy Option", then "Accept List", and finally check the "Discard" button under "Action to take for postings...." That will automatically dump the spam instead of bothering you with it. Sure some legitimate non-subscriber posts will be lost, but at least you keep your mailing lists. Occasionally a real subscriber's post will end up here if it's too large or too many recipients, but these "will" be held for your approval. I sleep much better now. I did that, too, and haven't had a single spam message since. Vicki Rob Yoder wrote: Wanda, Don't give them up. Do what I did. A few of the mailing lists I have are being hit by spammers and I just have the time to go in and delete all of them. I had 57 on one mailing list today. Enough is enough. I have work to do on my counties and this is taking away time for that. Thanks, I was wondering if there was a place to do that. I had looked but didn't see that and if I did I probably was worried that it would discard all postings. I know there is a place to shut the list down for cooling off purposes but I was afraid I would get busy and forget I had done that. :-) I wish they would hurry up and fix the server because its been down for me today. I tried to upload some files and got the "Socket Error" message.
