Let me join the rest of the group with ideas :> The big thing is to find a style that fits your overall design for your entire site. There are pros and cons to all the styles, whether to have thumbnails or not, etc. When I took over my site it was thumbnails for all the cemeteries, and probably taken in some kind of order, but it wasn't readily apparent. When I redesigned, I decided to go a different route. I have made tables, listing the names, birth and death dates, a place for notes, and then a link to the photo. I arrange them in alphabetical order just because I tend to like those sites best when I am doing my own research. One of my submitters talked me into linking from the alphabetical list to another listing grouped by the plot they were in. A sample page is here: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~txscurry/towns/snyder/cemetery/snyder/snyd erab.htm Lots of luck with your endeavors. I have totally redone the web pages for San Augustine County. Please take a look when you get a chance. I have been working on the missing links, etc and hope it is fixed now. I am getting a great response for help and have had lots of cemetery photos submitted. I would like any ideas on how to present them. Right now I am leaning towards making a photo folder and linking individual cemetery listing to the corresponding photo. Please give me your ideas.
