Considering the many issues that have been focus of discussion concerning the USGenWeb, do you consider this proposal to be in the best interest of the membership or do you consider this proposal to be in the best interest of the governance of the USGenWeb, i.e. Advisory Board, State Coordinators, Special Projects, etc?  Is it possible this proposal would enhance a quicker route to more issues or a quicker route to resolving more issues?
