I got this today in my Geeky Info Update newsletter and thought this would be of interest to you. Elaine Microsoft has finally released their free security software -- an anti-virus and anti-malware package codenamed Morro <http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2008/nov08/11-18NoCostSecurityPR.mspx> this week. Replacing the paid service Windows Live OneCare, the company says it will still support those users as well as help them to make the transition. For now it is limited in areas in the US, Israel and Brazil but should be available to all later this year. -- A friend will stop you from overreacting.
