    3. If you can see the whole picture, you can get a screen capture. Just open the email, center the picture so that you can see all of it and then press the PrtScrn button on your keyboard. That key should be located in the top row over your HOME Key. Then go to your graphics program and paste as a new image. Lastly, you'll need to crop the other stuff out. I have this problem a lot with AOL mail. Yesterday a visitor to my Reeves Co.site sent me some old pictures to add to my site. He sent ithem (pictures and story written by his mother) in a WordPad document. When I tried to open it I got this message - Unable to load graphics conversion filters. So he sent it another way. This time I got the pictures but am unable to save them to my computer. They are in the body of his e-mail, not as an attachment. When I click on a picture and click on save, I get this message - The system cannot find the file specified. this has never happened to me before. I even tried the copy and paste route, but that didn't work either. Can anyone tell me how to save these pictures? They are great old pictures. 3. Another way -- If you are running Vista, there is a snipping tool available which can be used to 'snip' a portion of the visible screen and then have it saved.
