Wanda, All of us have problems at times with new software or tools, so you are not dumb, just inexperienced with this sort of tool. I have prepared a step by step instruction sheet using Word 2003. It has screenshots so you will be able to compare what you see on the screen with what I am saying. I cannot send that to the group, but if you can open a Word file and would like to use it, send me an e-mail with your email address and I will forward that to you.
