Shirley, She wanted to get these mailing lists for her counties. She will need a pass word for the mailing list. Once she is in then she can change the links and who to mail the bounces, Etc to. Also that she is in charge of it. I had the same problem with my County mailing lists. Someone finally gave me the passwords.
