    3. Elaine... This is not Dreamweaver but Front Page... but when I want to do that, I simply highlight the link and go to the color options and change the link color. I am hoping there is an easy solution to this that I am just overlooking. I have a table with part black cell and part white cells. I want to make my font/link colors different. In the white cells I want my font/link colors to be black, and in the black cells I want my font/link colors to be white. Problem being that if I make my page properties link color black, then the links don't show up in the black cells. If I make the white, then the links don't show up in the white cells. Is there no option to have individual link colors? Is my only option to hand code each link individually for the color I need? Thanks! 3. Maybe that's why some pages I go to have big blank spots that have to be highlighted to be read, unless Front Page is using CSS. I don't use Front Page or IE so I don't know. But I think she was asking for a global change. With CSS you can give a division a class and have everything in one class be one way and everything in another class be different. So, if I give a table row a class of "black" I could have a black background, white text and yellow links. Then I give another row (or table, or cell, or column) a class of "white" and I can have a white background with black text and blue links. If the cells are scattered, you'd still have to set each one with a class. The one thing to remember in all this is what it's going to do to someone who wants to print that page. If they print the background, they waste a lot of ink but if they don't, they don't get the links. Maybe pink and baby blue cells?
