Dear Jane, I wanted to take this time in Thanking you for all the help and the monthly update. It helps so much that you take the time to email me with what you find to help my Counties. I know it takes a lot of time to go into every County and do this. But I want to know what I need to fix. You don't take your car in and tell the person fix it. With out telling them what wrong.
