    3. I think if we still had hangings on the court house square and it was mandatory that all citizens attend, that our crime rate would be real low...........     3. Think that you are absolutely right there. Half the people would probably be in mental institutions afterwards. Personally I think that it would drive me right over the deep end. Murder is murder whether you do it within your laws or out of them.
