You need to specify what kind of trouble - can you connect to the host? Can you write out your files? Do you have an index.html or index.htm file? Sometimes I've seen problems with a file being htm or html and the system is looking for it to be a certain way (or I was not knowledgeable to get it right). I do. I title the email as "What's New on the Bastrop County Site" and then put the items in a "Latest Updates" page on the site, along with the contributors name, of course.
