    3. I've lived in Texas all my life but its size never fails to amaze me. From where I live to Pharr is over 500 miles - over 10 hours to drive. Back when I lived in Galveston County, I was traveling from Oklahoma to Arizona and we stopped at a restaurant in Amarillo. A lot of the folks there were talking about where they were from and where they were going. When I told the people I was from Houston, they called me a "local". I was over 700 miles from home. More from a genetic point of view than a genealogy point of view, but I think any genealogist would be interested. You can find out more at: http://channel.nationalgeographic.com/channel/human-family-tree. I am sure that they will reshow it in the future.

    3. Have a safe trip back, Ed. I like the area you are moving to... hope you will be very happy there. Just a thought, anyone that has Dish Satellite can get high speed internet connections through them... I think they have the Wild Blue that our local REA (Rural Electric Assn.) has.... so apparently it is a good source. Billie Nichols Bennett ----- Original Message ----- From: Edward A.
