Gilbert Christian Russell, Sr., was the great grandson of Gilbert Christian and Mrs Margaret Richardson Christian, who settled Christian's Creek, Augusta Co., Va., from Penn. and alledgedly from Ireland? My 1702 and later Mobile families are Maj. Francoise Trudeau, Sr., Maj, Pierre Gabriel Juzan, Charles Rochon, Sr., Jean Baptise Colon dit La Violette, Etienne Burelle, Adam Hollinger, Col. Russell, Thomas Malone, Sr., with Mobile kin of Moniac, Owen, Bingham, van Buren, Ogden, and possibly Nettles?
