If anybody is trying to use the Galveston County Genealogy Web Page Query feature (or any other USGenWeb County site using GenConnect boards), please be advised that RootsWeb suffered a serious hard drive crash last night. It was one of the drives that serves the GenConnect system which supports the query function. RootsWeb is predicting is that a replacement drive will be installed and the system back up and running by tonight. Jim Turner
