Yes, it's an actual library. It's located in Houston, TX on Caroline in the museum district. It is an excellent place! Run by volunteers, and free. You can join them for $10 (I believe), but this is not necessary to research there. If your in the area, you should look into it. They do have a website, don't have the URL, but any search engine will pull it up.
